Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16/02/2026. This policy explains what Cricprocess collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
1) What this policy covers
This policy applies to information collected through our website and forms, videos/images uploaded for analysis, and communications with coaches, academies, athletes, and guardians.
2) Information we collect
- Athlete and coaching metadata (e.g., name or athlete ID, age group, bowling arm, role/type, academy/coach details).
- Videos and images submitted for analysis (including extracted frames where applicable).
- Report outputs including scores, technique indicators, and biomechanical metrics generated by Cricprocess.
- Communications such as support messages and coordination related to submissions and delivery.
- Usage analytics (if enabled) such as basic website usage and device information.
3) How we use your information
- To generate and deliver coaching reports and insights.
- To provide support and communicate about submissions and results.
- To maintain service quality and improve accuracy over time.
- To improve internal analysis methods using de-identified/anonymised data where possible.
4) How we store, secure, and share data
Storage: Content may be stored on secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive and/or hosted servers) used to operate and deliver the service.
Access: Access is restricted to Cricprocess team members and, where required, authorised academy/coach contacts connected to the submission.
Security: We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5) Consent and identifiable content (faces, likeness)
We do not publicly share identifiable athlete videos/images (including faces or likeness) without explicit permission from the athlete or guardian. If we want to use identifiable content for demos, marketing, education, or case studies, we will request consent separately (see our Media/Consent Policy).
6) Data retention and deletion requests
We retain videos/images and analysis outputs for a limited period to support re-analysis, comparisons, retesting, and quality assurance.
- Default retention: [e.g., 12 months] from report delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
- Deletion requests: You may request deletion of identifiable videos/images at any time. We will delete within a reasonable period (typically [e.g., 7–30 days]), unless retention is required for legal or legitimate business purposes (e.g., payment records).
7) Your rights and choices
- Request access to the information you provided.
- Request correction of inaccurate details.
- Request deletion of identifiable videos/images.
- Opt-out of any proposed public use of identifiable content (always respected).
8) Third-party services
We may use third-party services (storage, forms, analytics) to operate Cricprocess. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own policies and security standards.
9) Children / minors
If the athlete is a minor, the academy/parent/guardian must provide permission for submitting content. We will not use identifiable content of minors for public-facing materials without guardian consent.
