Cricprocess helps coaches build better cricketers – with data + biomechanics
We turn bowling videos into structured, coach-ready outputs – so players improve faster, coaches communicate simply, and progress is measurable over time.
Mission
Enable coaches to help players improve – by turning video into clear priorities, measurable plans, and repeatable retest cycles that fit seamlessly into academy workflows.
Values
Clarity > complexity. We reduce noise and surface what matters most.
Goals
Build a plug-and-play training tool for cricketers – starting with bowling, expanding to batting – and ultimately supporting technical, physical, mental, and tactical development through the entire journey.
What makes Cricprocess different
Coach-first outputs
Decision-grade clarity: what’s limiting performance, what’s working well, and what to coach next – without overwhelming players or staff.
Structured systems framework
A consistent lens from run-up → jump → contact → release so coaches can compare athletes, profile patterns, and build a repeatable development pathway.
Actionable plan + retest loop
Analysis is only useful if it changes training. Every report ends with a practical plan and a retest workflow to prove improvement – not just discuss it.

Founder
I’m Sharan Mangrulkar – a fast bowler and mechanical engineer (University of Southampton). I built Cricprocess because I’ve lived through the cricketing journey, stagnating at one level not able to gain real improvement: too many opinions, too much noise, and not enough clarity on what truly moves the needle.
Cricprocess is my attempt to bring structure to that chaos – combining biomechanics-led indicators with a systems framework that coaches can use daily. The goal is simple: help coaches make better decisions, coach players as per their need and body type thus help players enjoy the game more, and build evidence-backed progress over time.
Vision
Build the development ecosystem for cricketers – starting with bowling and batting.
We’re building an “operating system” for cricket development: a standard way to assess, set priorities, run training cycles, and track improvement. Coach-first today, with a future player-facing layer that supports technical, physical, mental, and tactical growth.
